Absolutely the best experience we've ever had for auto repair, hands down. Lee and Jay and staff helped our family of 3 young kids get home as we broke down 3 hours out, with engine misfire and coils needing replaced. We showed up on a Friday morning asking for help, and though their schedule had at least a week wait before any repair could be done due to prior commitments with their existing customers, they took a leap of faith on us and were able to prioritize the repair and get us back on the road the next day. This is the most honest, hard working small business-owned company I've ever come across, and their commitment to other honest and hard working folks needs to be understood. Please, if you are local, trust your vehicle to no other than Lee and Jay's team to get the job done right, and in an honest and straightforward way. If you are an hour or so out of the way, plan your repair or maintenance in advance, trust me you're gonna want to go out of the way to get the exceptional service you'll receive at Richmond Hill Auto Care! There is plenty of hotels, restaurants, and accommodations off this I-95 exit! On top of all this, Lee, the service manager personally drove me to and from the hotel to come pick up our vehicle, it was absolutely unheard of, they're trustworthy, and just really REALLY good people that are EXCEPTIONALLY skilled, knowledgeable, and provide the best customer service you could ever ask for. Price was very reasonable (was on the low end from what we were used to). We even tried to add a $250 tip to buy the team lunch and they wouldn't take it, I'm telling you, these guys run a 1st class business, all around the most professional and experienced team we've ever come across. We were not kidding when we said these guys are good, We are 3 hours away, and my wife and I are considering making an annual overnight visit to Richmond Hill to just receive tune-up service! Thank you Richmond Hill Auto Care, you were there when we needed you the most, and though you didn't even know who we were, you went out of your way and schedule to treat us like we were regulars and had been getting service there for over 10 years, thank you is just not enough!!!!

Lee was so wonderful with taking care of my bug and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I had all 4 brakes fully replaced with the upmost care, and Lee took the time to educate me on proper brake pad maintenance for the future. I highly recommend Richmond Hill Auto Care because they are the reason my 22 year old VW beetle will get to live a long happy life.

Hands down the best vehicle service I’ve experienced. After having a blowout in my class A RV on I-95 these absolute professionals took mercy on me. While they don’t normally work on RV’s my size, they ensured everything was repaired perfectly. They took better care of my RV, than the “professional” RV shop I had just driven from a few hours before. They provided multiple options at fair prices. If I lived in the Richmond Hill area, every vehicle I owned would would be serviced at Richmond Hill Auto Care. Do not hesitate, this is the place you’ve been looking for.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice. My car broke down on my way home from SC and I had to have it towed there. It ended up being a hose that sprayed transmission fluid all over my car. When I called in the morning to explain my situation Liz asked why I wasn’t taking it to the dealership because it should be covered under warranty and she didn’t want to just take my money. I was very surprised to hear that because most places wouldn’t even tell you that and would just take your money. Right then I felt comfortable. They called me later in the day with the diagnosis and cost. My car was ready two days later. I am so glad I found them and am very happy with them. I will definitely bring my car back if I need anything else.
